Tropfenförmige Nippelabdeckungen für Dessous- & Modeaccessoire-Kollektionen

These nude teardrop nipple covers are designed for nipple concealment and localized breast coverage. Featuring a tapered upper section and a rounded lower outline, they offer a distinctive alternative to classic circular breast petals.

The illustrated size measures 11 cm in height and 8.4 cm in width. This elongated shape gives buyers a clearly defined option when comparing coverage profiles for a lingerie or fashion accessory collection.

Unlike padded bra inserts, this product is positioned as a coverage accessory rather than a means of adding cup volume. For retail presentation, the focus should remain on nipple concealment, shape, dimensions, and compatibility with the intended outfit.

For wholesale and private label projects, FitBare can review your requirements for samples, product specifications, and packaging before the final order is confirmed.

What Makes the Teardrop Shape Different?

The defining feature of this style is its vertically elongated outline. The upper portion narrows toward a tip, while the lower portion provides a broader, rounded coverage area.

Compared with a circular nipple cover, the teardrop design distributes its coverage differently. Instead of extending equally in every direction, it has a more pronounced height and a distinct upper section. This gives brands another shape to offer customers who prefer an alternative to standard round breast petals.

Shape selection should be based on the wearer’s coverage needs and the garment’s neckline rather than appearance alone. The upper tip and side edges need to remain within the area covered by the outfit.

The product’s shape should not be interpreted as a lifting mechanism. Any lift-related claim would require a separate assessment of the construction and intended application.

11 × 8.4 cm Dimensions for Coverage Assessment

The illustrated dimensions are 11 cm high and 8.4 cm wide per cover. Providing both measurements helps buyers understand the outline more clearly than a general size label alone.

Before selecting this style for an outfit or retail range, compare these dimensions with the available coverage at the front and sides of the garment. A cover that fits within one neckline may extend beyond another, even when both garments are described as strapless or backless.

The measurements should also be considered alongside the product’s contour and edge profile. Height and width show the overall footprint, but they do not fully describe how the cover sits on the body or appears beneath clothing.

For wholesale approval, evaluate a physical sample and record the agreed measurements in the final specification. If additional sizes are developed, list the dimensions for each size separately.

Nude Color with a Contoured Form

The product shown has a nude-colored appearance and a shaped, contoured form. These visual characteristics make it suitable for evaluation as part of a coordinated breast cover or lingerie accessory range.

A neutral shade may be preferred for some outfit combinations, but it should not be described as invisible on every skin tone or beneath every fabric. The final appearance depends on the relationship between the cover, the wearer, and the garment.

Fabric opacity, surface texture, stretch, and fit can all affect whether the outline is noticeable. Closely fitted or lightweight clothing should therefore be included in sample evaluation if those garments form part of the intended marketing.

For color-sensitive projects, use an approved physical sample as the reference. Photography can help communicate the general appearance, but it should not replace final shade approval.

Coverage Without a Conventional Bra Silhouette

Nipple covers provide a localized coverage option for outfits where a conventional bra may not match the intended styling. This can be relevant when visible straps, a back band, or a full cup outline would interfere with the garment’s design.

This teardrop style can be evaluated with selected backless, strapless, off-shoulder, and occasionwear outfits. However, the garment must provide enough coverage to conceal the nipple cover itself, including its upper tip and outer edges.

The product should not be presented as providing the same support as a structured bra. Coverage and support are different functions, and customers should be able to distinguish between them when reading the product page.

For a clear retail message, describe what the cover is intended to conceal and show its dimensions. Avoid presenting it as a universal replacement for every bra or outfit.

Choosing the Right Outfit for This Shape

The most suitable outfit is one that accommodates the cover’s full outline and works with its approved application method.

When assessing a garment, review the following points:

• Neckline coverage: Does the upper tip remain below the neckline?
• Side coverage: Are the outer edges contained within the garment?
• Fabric opacity: Can the cover or its color be seen through the material?
• Fabric fit: Does the garment press against the edges or reveal the contour?
• Movement: Does the cover remain concealed when the wearer changes position?

A product may look suitable when standing still but become visible when bending, reaching, or sitting. Sample evaluation should reflect the movements expected during normal use.

Claims about swimwear, sports, high temperatures, or extended wear should only be added after the relevant performance has been confirmed for this specific product.

Teardrop Nipple Covers vs. Round Breast Petals

Both shapes can serve a nipple-concealment purpose, but their outlines are different.

Round breast petals have a circular footprint, while this teardrop style has a narrower upper section and a broader lower portion. The choice is therefore not simply a matter of one shape being better than the other; it depends on the required coverage and the garment’s construction.

For a retail collection, offering different shapes can help customers compare options using actual measurements and product images. Clear shape descriptions are more useful than a universal-fit claim.

This style should also remain separate from bra inserts in product navigation. Nipple covers are being offered here for concealment, while padding and cup-volume claims belong to a different product discussion.

Wholesale Sourcing for Brands & Distributors

This teardrop nipple cover style can be considered by lingerie brands, fashion accessory retailers, distributors, and businesses developing private label breast cover collections.

For a wholesale enquiry, provide the intended market, estimated order quantity, packaging format, and any specifications that need to be confirmed. If the product will be marketed for a particular outfit category, include that information during sample review.

Buyers comparing several nipple cover styles may wish to assess the following together:

• Product shape and dimensions.
• Material composition and surface finish.
• Attachment method.
• Edge profile and overall thickness.
• Color consistency.
• Application and removal instructions.
• Retail packaging and product labeling.

The approved sample and written specification should form the basis of the order. This helps keep the product page, quotation, packaging, and supplied goods aligned.

Private Label & Packaging Development

For private label projects, packaging should communicate the product’s purpose and verified features clearly. Customers should be able to identify that the item is a nipple cover, understand its shape and size, and find the relevant application instructions.

Depending on the project, discussions may include:

• Brand presentation and packaging artwork.
• Product name and shape description.
• Color identification.
• Pack quantity.
• Application, removal, and care instructions.
• Storage guidance.
• Barcode and SKU information.
• Required labeling for the destination market.

Available packaging formats, customization options, and minimum quantities should be confirmed before artwork is finalized.

If changes to dimensions, color, materials, or construction are requested, sample approval may be required before bulk production.

Sample Review Before Bulk Orders

A sample review should confirm more than the visual appearance. It should establish whether the product matches the intended use, the garment category, and the claims planned for the retail page.

Start by checking the physical specification: shape, measurements, thickness, color, and attachment method. Then review the product using its approved application instructions and the intended garment type.

Where relevant, assess coverage, edge visibility, positioning, removal, and the condition of the product after use. Any claims about repeat use, cleaning, wear duration, or environmental resistance should be supported by the appropriate evaluation rather than assumed.

After approval, record the final details in a specification sheet. Packaging text and online descriptions should use the same approved information.

Application, Care & Storage Information

Application and care instructions must match the finished product’s material and attachment system. They should not be copied from a different nipple cover simply because the products look similar.

Before preparing the final retail instructions, confirm:

• How the cover is applied and positioned.
• Whether it has a removable protective liner.
• How it should be removed.
• Whether it is single-use or reusable.
• Whether cleaning is permitted.
• How the surface should be protected during storage.
• Any relevant restrictions or precautions.

If the product is reusable, provide the verified cleaning and storage method. If it is single-use, state that clearly rather than suggesting that washing will restore its performance.

What are teardrop nipple covers?

Teardrop nipple covers are breast covers with a tapered upper section and a rounded lower portion. They are intended for nipple concealment and localized coverage, rather than added padding or cup-size enhancement.

How large are these nipple covers?

The illustrated size is 11 cm high and 8.4 cm wide per cover. Compare both measurements with your intended garment and review a sample to assess the full coverage area.

How are they different from round nipple covers?

The main difference is the outline. Round nipple covers have a circular footprint, while teardrop covers have a taller shape with a narrower upper section. The better choice depends on the coverage required and the garment’s neckline.

Do these nipple covers provide breast support?

This product is presented as a coverage accessory, not a structured support bra. A teardrop shape alone does not establish a lifting effect or a specific level of support.

Can they be worn under backless or strapless clothing?

They can be evaluated for selected backless or strapless outfits, provided the garment conceals the full cover and is compatible with the product’s approved application method.

Will the edges show through clothing?

Edge visibility depends on the cover’s construction and the garment’s thickness, texture, opacity, and fit. Review the product with the actual clothing type before making an invisible-finish claim.

Are they suitable for every skin tone?

The product shown is nude or beige, but one shade will not match every skin tone. Appearance beneath clothing also depends on the color and opacity of the garment.

Are they the same as bra inserts?

No. These are nipple covers for concealment and localized coverage. They should not be described as padded bra inserts or promoted as increasing cup size.
